Returns Policy
We're happy to refund or exchange your order either instore or by post if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase. See below for full details of our returns policy.

Clothing
In the interest of hygiene we can only offer a refund for bikinis and undergarments, if there is a hygiene strip and it is still in place and untampered with or the product is faulty. All other clothing may be returned for a full refund, including any delivery cost, if the item is unused, in the original packaging, with all tags still attached and in a resaleable condition.

All Purchases
You can return any item (with above exceptions) to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Proof of purchase will be required for instore returns. We regret that we can not refund your return postage costs.

Refund Processing time
Please give us up to 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited back to the payment card account.

Acknowledgment of your order
We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and send a further email to confirm your goods have been dispatched.

We run a live stock system and all stock shown on the website is currently available instore, therefore it is possible that an item purchased on line may sell instore at the same time. In the unlikely event that this happens we will provide a full refund within 24 hours and advise you accordingly.

Every effect is made to ensure the accuracy of our product information. However, if there is a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
